Job Description
We are seeking a high-energy Customer Experience Manager in Carrollton, TX to lead a team of customer service professionals supporting customers by phone and email. The ideal candidate will have previous call center leadership experience, preferably within the automotive, auto parts, HVAC, plumbing, or related distribution industries, along with strong skills in conflict resolution, time management, organization, and team leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements :
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in call center management
Automotive, auto parts, HVAC, plumbing, or related distribution industries
Hours : Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
