About Our Agency

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in the Rancho Bernardo/4S Ranch area.
• Our office is open Monday- Friday from 9am to 5pm and after hours by appointment.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
• I am a proud graduate of San Diego State University.

Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Lori Long - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
