Customer Care Representative

Pay: $18.00/Hr

Schedule: 4 week days - Monday - Friday 9:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. (they get to pick one day off during the week - Tuesday, Wednesday or Thurs). Saturdays 8:30am - 5:00pm

Location: St. Louis Park, MN

Duration: 6 month Contract to hire

Job Description:

• Answer 80-100 inbound calls from customers
• Schedule appointments for customers to service vehicles
• Make outbound calls to follow up with guests post appointment
• Update customer information in internal system
• Provide high level or customer service

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED
• 6+ months of call center experience preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Louis Park, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
