About This Role The Nurse Educator, Critical Care at NYU Langone Health is responsible for assessing learning needs, planning and implementing educational activities, and maintaining clinical expertise to support nursing staff and improve patient care standards. Highlights Pay: $135,199.99 - $146,250.00 Annually Location: New York, NY Facility: NYU Langone Hospitals Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift What You'll Do Assess and analyze learning needs for nursing staff. Plan, implement, and evaluate educational activities that support nursing care. Participate in the development and reinforcement of nursing and patient care standards. Maintain clinical expertise in a specialty area. Foster collaborative relationships within the Departments of Nursing and other disciplines. Evaluate the performance and assess practice of designated personnel. Serve as a role model and resource for staff. Ensure education programs comply with established processes and guidelines. Collaborate with patient care unit leadership to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. Identify and address learning needs of nursing staff in assigned clinical areas.
