Licensed Practical Nurse, Long-Term Care, Santa Fe, New Mexico. This travel assignment starts on June 15, 2026 and runs for 14 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,463 to $1,489 per week with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shifts are nights, 3x12, from 18:00 to 06:30, in a long-term care setting under temporary assignment terms.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the nursing leadership, delivering basic assessment, monitoring, and support.
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration in accordance with facility policy; monitor for adverse reactions and changes in patient condition.
- Perform routine nursing duties including vital signs, wound care, and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and the care team to update and implement individualized care plans; respond to call lights promptly.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the patient record; ensure safety, infection control, and quality-of-care standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care and discharge planning as appropriate.

Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico (or ability to practice in NM).
- Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain.
- Graduation from an accredited practical nurse program.
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to 12-hour schedule.
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
