We are seeking a high-caliber NP or PA with a background in Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist, or Urgent Care to join our innovative, physician-led team. What’s in it for You? Core Responsibilities Advanced Clinical Assessment: Perform comprehensive post-discharge history and physical exams for medically complex patients in a home setting. Acute Intervention: Treat acute conditions on-site using point-of-care testing, mobile diagnostics, and remote patient monitoring. Care Coordination: Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and Care Management to ensure seamless transitions from hospital to home. Medical Management: Direct ongoing medical needs to prevent avoidable Emergency Department visits and readmissions. Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records (EMR) and communicate clinical updates to the physician-led team. What You Bring to the Team Licensure: Active Washington State ARNP or PA license with current board certification. Clinical Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist, or Urgent Care (Required). Field Readiness: A valid, unrestricted driver’s license and the ability to navigate Everett and surrounding communities daily. Technical Skills: Proficiency in phlebotomy, IV access, and medication administration (Preferred). Background: Experience in home-based medical care, house calls, or EMS/Paramedicine is a plus.
