Your responsibilities include:

• Initiate outreach to engage potential candidates, presenting MLR's opportunities and assessing their interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters to facilitate thorough evaluations
• Follow up with leads to sustain interest throughout the hiring process
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions by scheduling successful meetings, facilitating interviews, and resultant hires from your leads

Requirements for success:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Your earnings:

• This is a performance-based, commission-only position, meaning there's no upper limit to what you can earn.
