Every day as an RBT you will:

• Ensure the safety and supervision of the children
• Work with children on a 1:1 basis in a school environment
• Provide interventions to children with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and speech and language disabilities
• Deescalate and mitigate behaviors using positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS)

You will be offered:

• Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (52 week year round position)
• Pay Rate: $24.00- $27.36/hr (based upon experience)

Devereux Center for Autism Research and Education Services (CARES) is an educational program licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Education that provides services to students, ages 5 to 21, diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Qualifications

EDUCATION: Requires a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

EXPERIENCE: At least 1 year of work experience with children or adolescents preferred.
