OPERATIONS MANAGER — [Jacksonville, FL]

Full Time | $50-70/hr

Run the show at your locations — staffing, budgets, client relationships, and results.

Elite Parking Services of America is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to own the day-to-day performance of assigned parking and transportation locations. You’ll be the person clients call when they need answers, the leader your team looks to for direction, and the one who knows the numbers cold — staffing, budgets, and service metrics. This is a role for someone who can lead from the front, including stepping in personally when the schedule gets tight.

What you’ll do

Lead your team

• Set clear expectations, follow up consistently, and hold your team accountable to results

• Build and adjust schedules to match staffing needs

• Interview, onboard, train, and develop your team

• Step in and work a shift yourself when coverage is short

• Develop leaders under you so the location doesn’t depend on you being there 24/7

Own the client relationship

• Be the main point of contact for clients at your locations

• Keep service quality consistent across every shift

• Run customer feedback and engagement programs, and act on the results

• Catch service issues early and fix them before they become client complaints

Run a tight operation

• Execute company processes and leadership priorities at the location level

• Lead weekly team check-ins

• Meet regularly with clients to review performance and plan improvements

Manage risk and compliance

• Make sure shift data gets logged accurately every time

• Track KPIs and report trends so problems get caught early

• Send clients the reports they’re contractually owed, on time

• Flag risks before they become incidents

Own the numbers

• Manage revenue and protect it — don’t leave money on the table

• Control expenses and stay within budget

• Build and forecast your location’s operating budget

• Oversee purchasing for supplies, services, and equipment

• Develop team members who have financial responsibilities of their own

What you need

• 5+ years in management with a track record of progressively bigger leadership roles

• Experience managing multi-site or remote operations (parking, transportation, hospitality, or similar service industries)

• Comfortable with P&Ls, budgets, forecasting, and KPI dashboards

• Experience rolling out service standards and brand consistency across multiple locations

• Strong communicator who follows through and holds people accountable

• Willing to be hands-on when the job requires it

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Management preferred, not required
