Primary need will be working inpatient therapy at PSJH in Chewelah, but traveler therapist may float to other facilities based on facility need and ability of therapist (to include facilities in Colville and Spokane). This is a 0.6 position, meaning approximately 24 hours/wk. There is some flexibility toward less days, like Tues-Friday instead of Monday. However, due to the position being the only PT position at that location and the location being a critical access/rural hospital with lower census, we aren't able to guarantee flexibility to more hours. If hospital census is unusually high for a time, which can happen, then FTE could push toward 0.75; but this wouldn't be all the way to 5x8s.

Patient Diagnoses: Various diagnoses in lower acuity inpatient population (deconditioning, weakness, impaired balance, impaired mobility, sepsis, COPD, CHF, PVD, post-op (THA/hip fx ORIF, TKA, shoulder, spine, etc), Special Procedures/Unit Details: Rural/critical access hospital; therapy team consisting of PT/OT/SLP.
