School-Based SLP | Kennesaw, Georgia

Qualifications & Required Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current, active GA PSC credential (required by start date)
• State SLP licensure and valid ASHA CCC certification
• At least one year of school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Eligibility to work in a school setting including completion of fingerprinting and a drug screen
• SLPs only (no SLPAs accepted at this time)

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring for students in both elementary and middle school
• Develop and implement IEP goals and collaborate with educators and families to drive student success
• Take part in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and RTI/MTSS initiatives
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district policies
• Adapt caseload and therapy approaches as needed in partnership with school leadership, as assignments may shift
