A leading IT solutions provider is seeking a US IT Recruiter in Birmingham, AL, to provide 24x7 frontline IT support as the main contact for incidents. This role requires handling Level 1 troubleshooting, ticketing, and system monitoring. Ideal candidates must possess strong customer service skills and ideally have Windows experience.
