Dedicated to supporting local businesses, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer support to small business advertisers, consulting and retaining them post-sale while working remotely from the Eastern region of the United States. Key responsibilities Strengthen revenue retention by delivering timely customer support and consulting to current Yelp advertisers Manage inbound calls to educate clients on ad performance metrics and demonstrate the value of their investments Handle escalated client issues using strong listening and conflict resolution skills while consistently achieving monthly goals Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience Technical proficiency with computers and information systems Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business preferred Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to handle tough conversations professionally and adapt to a fast-paced environment
