Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to operate complex equipment and analytical tools in a cleanroom environment supporting advanced packaging technology. This role requires adherence to strict gowning protocols, safety practices, and compliance with company policies. The technician will perform routine operations, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to ensure efficient production p rocesses.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ope rate advanced packaging technology and manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment.
2. Perform routine operations following standard procedures and specifications.
3. Conduct minor preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
4. Support non-standard processing and problem-solving activities.
5. Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and company policies.
6. Work 12-hour shifts, primarily standing, with tasks requiring repetitive motion .

Required Qualifications

1. Hi gh school diploma or GED equivalent (required for U.S. candidates).
2. 5–7 years of work experience in semiconductor cleanroom operations, production, office work, or trade environments with computer/software usage.
3. Ability to work efficiently from standard procedures and specifications.
4. Strong communication skills and ability to follow safety protoco ls.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

1. Associate’s degree in a related field (computer software, semiconductor, etc.).
2. Strong military experience with some post-high s chool education.
