Job Title: Journeyman Electrician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to perform electrical work, including inspection, punch clearing, equipment startup, electrical commissioning, and energization. The role involves occasional hot work under 240v, requiring proficiency in reading schematics.

• Conduct electrical inspections and punch clearing.
• Perform equipment startup, electrical commissioning, and energization.
• Handle occasional hot work under 240v.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics.

• Proven electrical, construction, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in industrial repair and installation.
• Journeyman license or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of hot work procedures.
• Recent commercial/industrial electrical experience.
• Ability to read schematics.

• Journeyman or journeyman-level experience required.
• OSHA 10 certification required prior to starting.
• Must provide own hand tools, RMS meters, and wire strippers.

Work in a large warehouse setting with in-warehouse transportation provided. Steel or composite toe boots are required as part of the dress code.

This is a Contract position based out of Taylor, TX.

The pay range for this position is $41.29 - $42.79/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Taylor,TX.
