• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Provide assessment of the residents’ conditions and respond accordingly
• Maintain effective communication with other staff 
• Complete reports such as changes in residents condition report, incident and accident reports, etc
• Provide immediate response to situations of resident risk such as allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of property
• Ensure timely and accurate medication and treatment administration
• Maintain and restore residents physical and mental health functional abilities

Education and/ or Experience:

• Current Nursing License
• Prior Long-Term Care setting experience preferred

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Must be physically active with the ability to lift, bend, push, pull
