Territory Manager, GI - Boston / Rhode Island Remote - US Azurity Pharmaceuticals is a privately held specialty pharmaceutical company that focuses on innovative products for underserved patients. About the Role We seek a highly motivated, dedicated individual to promote our gastrointestinal line of products across the Boston and Rhode Island region. The role requires developing a strategic business plan, building relationships with key decision makers, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic business plan for the territory. Call on physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and other providers across multiple subspecialties. Conduct field visits to physician offices, hospital pharmacies, OR, ICU, and other access points. Communicate clear, complex clinical messages in real‑time settings. Travel periodically with internal teams, including air travel. Utilize data sources to maximize strategies and ROI. Achieve or exceed assigned sales and profit goals. Manage and track territory information through a CRM system. Required Skills and Experience Experience working independently and managing key account relationships. Proven sales growth and consistent achievement of sales goals. Strong business acumen and ability to comprehend complex clinical information. Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and virtual engagement skills. Proficiency with a CRM tool (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce). Attention to detail and follow‑through, and ability to work both independently and within a team. Preferred Qualifications Gastroenterology experience. Knowledge of local and regional health systems. Physical & Mental Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods and stand, walk, or talk as required. Occasional stair climbing, elevator use, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
