Position Assistant Manager Pay $42,000 – $48,000 per year + bonus opportunities Location Andy’s Frozen Custard – Round Rock Benefits Bonus based on performance Dental insurance Employee discounts Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Vision insurance Health, dental, and vision insurance Employee discount Flexible scheduling Growth and advancement opportunities Paid holidays off (Christmas, Thanksgiving, New years) What you’ll do Lead shifts and run the store in the Store Manager’s absence Coach and develop team members and shift leaders Enforce company standards, policies, and accountability Deliver fast, accurate service while maintaining quality Handle cash and ensure operational accuracy Set the tone for energy, urgency, and guest experience Schedule expectations Full-time (42–45 hours/week) Must be available nights and weekends Typical shifts: Opening: 9:00 AM – 5/6 PM Closing: 3/4 PM – ~1 hour after close Store hours: Sun–Thurs: 11 AM – 11 PM Fri–Sat: 11 AM – 11:30 PM Extended summer hours apply Requirements 1–2+ years of leadership experience in food service or high-volume retail Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to lead a team and stay composed under pressure Comfortable holding others accountable to standards Valid Food Handler/Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain quickly) Physical requirements Being on your feet for long periods Working late nights and weekends Leading a team in a high-expectation environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
