JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for creating and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance, ultimately improving the company's overall productivity and safety. Delivering training sessions, including both in‑person and virtual formats. Working with departments, managers, and experts to align training with organizational goals and ensure relevance. Leverage learning management systems (LMS) to track and report training participation and completion. Managing training programs to improve employee skills and performance. Keeping up with industry trends and best practices in training and development to build a learning culture. Providing ongoing support and guidance to motivate employees. Explore and implement innovative tools and technologies to enhance the learning experience. Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Complies with company policies and procedures. REQUIRED CRITERIA/EXPERIENCE Master’s degree in business related fields like organizational development. 15+ years of related experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs, along with skills in assessment, evaluation, and facilitation. Experience in education, training, HR, teaching, communication or instructional design can be valuable. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Advanced degrees or certifications in Curriculum Development, Instructional Systems Design, Training, Training Technology, or other relevant fields. Exceptional time management skills. Able to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality. High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Software for content creation, LMS program, and Microsoft Teams. Excellent communication, writing, attention to detail, and accuracy while efficiently completing content.
