If you take pride in safe, reliable repairs and enjoy solving mechanical problems, we want to hear from you.What You'll DoPerform preventive maintenance on diesel trucks, trailers, and agricultural equipment.Diagnose and repair diesel engines, electrical systems, air brakes, hydraulics, steering, suspension, and trailer components.Conduct inspections and help ensure equipment remains safe and compliant.Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools.Perform welding and fabrication work as needed.Maintain accurate maintenance, repair, and inspection records.Assist with roadside and emergency repairs when required.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED.Two or more years of diesel truck and trailer maintenance experience.Knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, air brakes, and trailer repair.Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently.ASE certification, agricultural equipment experience, and welding or fabrication experience are preferred.Commercial Driver's License is a plus, but not required.Benefits at Circle S RanchMedical, dental, and vision insurance - Company-paid life insuranceCompany-paid short-term and long-term disability - 401(k) retirement plan with company matchPaid time off, up to 80 hours during the first year - Safety training and required personal protective equipment providedQualificationsWork Environment and ScheduleWork is performed in an indoor shop and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
