2- THE ROLE 

We're looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic Store Manager to lead our New York store, focusing on people and sales management.

Based in New York, this role is perfect for a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and in eager to make a significant impact. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth across all sales, managing operations, managing the team and building a strong foundation for our brand in the store of New York. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to shape the future of PARIS/64 in the USA and be a key player in our global journey.

Under the direction of the Operations and Country Manager, your duties will include:

• Human management of the store.
• Customer-oriented sales team management.
• Sales reporting, as well as analysis of sales KPIs to improve ratios.
• Coordinate and execute client and influencer events alongside the PR Manager.
• Lead planned product purchases geared toward store sales.

3- YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF..

• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team across multiple sales-oriented functions.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in sales management (minimum 2 years) and performance reporting.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a store in its multiple tasks (staff, customer service, sales, purchasing, customer events).
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
• Desire to live a unique international experience with global professional development.
• Fluent in English ( minimum C1 Level); Spanish is a plus.
• Computer proficiency in M.Office. Valuable knowledge of Shopify POS.
• Positive attitude and initiative. Teamwork lover.
