Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Physical Therapy Assistant certification required to start.
• Hep B required to start.
• TB required to start.
• Flu required to start.
• Tdap required to start.

Assignment Details

• Schedule structure: 5x8s.
• Shift hours: Alternating shifts of 7:00 AM–4:00 AM and 9:30 AM–6:30 PM.
• Float to another clinic as needed for sick or PTO coverage.
