Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with state regulations. What We're Looking For: Experience: Minimum 1 year previous management experience in retail, preferably in the cannabis industry. Passion: A genuine love for cannabis and a desire to share your knowledge with others. Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Customer Focus: A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships. Compliance: Understanding of state regulations and a commitment to maintaining compliance.
