We’re on the lookout for a Catering Manager to lead our catering operations and help us bring our culinary creations to life for events big and small.

What You'll Do

As our Catering Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every event we cater is a success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating catering events from start to finish.
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Overseeing food preparation and ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Organizing schedules, logistics, and staffing for events.
• Maintaining inventory and ensuring supplies are stocked for catering operations.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Collaborating with our team to continuously improve and refine our catering services.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for hospitality. Here’s what we’d like to see:

• At least 1 year of experience in catering, event planning, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• A knack for problem-solving and staying calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and best practices.
• A team player who can also take initiative and lead when needed.
