ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a close-knit team of two. Outside of the office, I'm married and a proud mom of two, so I understand firsthand how important flexibility, family, and a healthy work-life balance can be.

Giving back is important to our agency, and we enjoy supporting a variety of local organizations and community initiatives throughout the year.

Our agency offers paid time off, vacation and sick days, paid holidays, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in creating an environment where our team feels supported both personally and professionally.

Our culture is friendly, family-oriented, and supportive. I'm looking for someone who is enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated by the opportunity to control their earning potential. The right person isn't afraid to hear "no," enjoys talking with people, and has the drive to keep going. If you're a positive, energetic go-getter who wants to work hard and be rewarded for your results, we'd love to meet you.
