Job TitleLocation: Reston, VA (Currently Remote)Clearance: Public TrustJob Role/Responsibilities:Work cross-functionally to guide message testing efforts that provide actionable insights that will inform creation and optimization of ongoing communication campaigns and messaging.Work with provided creative content and target audience parameters to create, execute, and report on message testing campaigns on social media.Ensure adherence to strict guidelines regarding naming conventions, quality checks and reporting.Monitor testing performance and guide analysts to prepare data and initial insights as needed.Work with stakeholders to assist with messaging and creative creation.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure tests inform ongoing communication campaigns and content creation cycles.The individual should be adaptable, comfortable in matrixed environments and be able to work collaboratively with team members.Should also have robust experience in paid social advertising implementation across multiple digital platforms and experience with content testing.Skills/Exp:Digital marketingAdvertising design and developmentSocial mediaPreferred Skills:Individual should have: robust experience in paid social advertising campaign implementation across multiple digital platforms, in particular on Facebook;Ability to identify new social platforms, digital trends and tools, and media channels; as well as familiarity across social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Google AdWords/Display Should be creative, self-driven, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced office environmentRequired:Bachelor Degree 2-3 years of experience in marketing Clearance: Public Trust
