Substance Abuse Counselor: Client Advocacy & Harm Reduction

Comunilife Inc. is seeking an experienced Substance Abuse Counselor for its congregate program in the Bronx. The counselor will conduct initial and annual substance abuse assessments, participate in developing the initial service plan and revisions, and provide individual, family and group counseling and advocacy with referrals to community programs as needed. The role monitors attendance, documents contacts, and contributes to a generous benefits and paid time off package after 60 days of hire. #J-18808-Ljbffr Comunilife
