The Front Desk Representative plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our members and managing essential administrative tasks. Working within a team of 1 to 3 Team Members, this position reports directly to the Operations Manager. The representative balances autonomous decision-making with collaborative efforts to efficiently handle inquiries, support facility coordination, and contribute to in-person sales activities without the need for travel. looking to fill an open position for the Sunday 8 AM - Noon & Monday 5:15-8 PM shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and visitors promptly and courteously
• Handle incoming phone calls and manage appointment scheduling
• Engage in in-person sales to promote services and products
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain records and schedules
• Coordinate facility usage and support operational activities
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints effectively
• Support a smooth front desk operation within a small team environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and communication skills. Comfortable on the phone make and receiving calls, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computing applications
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Experience with data entry and in-person sales
