We are seeking applicants who are willing to provide mental services within a positive, Christian work environment. This is a full-time role with general hours of 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Employees in this role are eligible for the Christian Family Solutions full benefits package, which includes: Health, dental, and vision insurance Short- and long-term disability coverage 401(k) plan with employer match Life insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Plus, one additional paid Mental Health Day each month What you will be doing The Mental Health Support Specialist facilitates psycho-educational skills groups for children and adolescents admitted into our program. You will also provide general client care, de-escalation services, and support the clinical services team. We aim to foster a positive and nurturing environment aligned with our Christian values. Requirements Bachelor's degree required, and preferably in a field related to mental health. Previous experience working with children and/or adolescents with severe emotional/behavioral disorders (minimum of 1 year required). Strong desire for youth mental health advocacy. Active member of a WELS or ELS or confessional Lutheran church preferred. Willingness to support and uphold the mission of Christian Family Solutions in the clinical setting required. Team player with effective written and verbal communication skills to lead groups and work alongside the STRONG treatment team. Competency in cross- or multi-cultural settings required. CPI (Nonviolent Crisis Intervention) certified after hire. #J-18808-Ljbffr
