? Sign‑On & Pay Incentives✨ Experienced LPN Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $6,000 (select departments)
✨ Graduate Nurse Sign‑On Bonus: $4,000

Our high‑acuity Cardiac Telemetry unit serves patients with:
- STEMIs
- Post–cardiac catheterization care
- CHF & arrhythmias
- Blood pressure management
- Stroke care
✅ 1:4 nurse‑to‑patient ratio
✅ Patient Care Associates on every shift
✅ Strong focus on teamwork, communication, and respect

✅ What We’re Looking ForEducation
- High school diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
Licensure
- Current LPN license in the hiring state (or eligible upon hire)
Experience
- New grads and experienced LPNs welcome!
Certifications
- BLS (AHA) required or within 30 days of hire
- LPN‑IV Certification completed or within 3 months of hire
- Additional certifications may be required based on unit needs:
- ACLS
- PALS
- Other unit‑specific certifications
Physical Requirements
- Standing/walking majority of shift
- Bending, stooping, lifting, and repositioning patients with assistance
- Push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds
