Housekeeper — LSU / Nicholson Gateway At LSU / Nicholson Gateway, we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands that the little things matter. What You'll Be Doing Cleaning and maintaining common areas, amenity spaces, offices, and model units Preparing vacant apartments for new residents Ensuring hallways, stairwells, elevators, and shared spaces remain clean and presentable Identifying and reporting maintenance concerns or safety hazards Assisting with community inspections and special projects Supporting the onsite team in delivering an exceptional resident experience Maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment What We're Looking For Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hospitality, or custodial experience preferred Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items as required What Success Looks Like Residents notice the cleanliness of the community Common areas consistently look welcoming and well-maintained Vacant apartments are move-in ready on schedule Problems are identified before they become complaints Team members know they can count on you Why Join LSU / Nicholson Gateway?
