The Kitchen Supervisor supports the daily operations of the kitchen by leading team members, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and ensuring efficient service. This role assists in supervising kitchen staff while promoting teamwork, accountability, and an exceptional guest experience.

We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic part-time Associate to help lead our restaurant operations. In this role, you’ll support the management team in overseeing the daily flow of service, maintaining high standards of food quality and hospitality, and developing a strong, guest-focused team.

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Supervise and support kitchen team members during daily operations. 
• Ensure food is prepared according to company recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines. 
• Uphold high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work culture
• Work closely with management and front-of-house teams to ensure efficient service. 

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
• Knowledge of kitchen/back-of-house operations is a plus
• Commitment to teamwork, integrity, and continuous growth

• Previous kitchen leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and kitchen operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
