Evaluatechangesinbiddocumentsasnecessarywithrespecttotheimplicationstoscope,costandtheriskprofileofthepursuit.Coordinate,overseeandevaluatethequantitytake-offforpursuits,highlightingimportantdetailssuchasaccess,phasing,productionconstraints,magnitudesofscope,etc.Attendpre-bidmeetingsandsitevisitstoevaluateprojectconstraintsandtheirimplicationstothedevelopmentofaprofitablecostestimateforthepursuit.Identifyandcontacttherequiredsubcontractors,suppliersandserviceproviders,andrequestscopeclarificationsandquotes,ensuringsufficientcoveragewhilemitigatingallknownandpotentialscopegaps.Utilizehistoricalcostandproductiondatatodeveloptimelyandaccurateestimates.Identify,analyze,categorize/prioritize,evaluate,communicateandmitigatetherisksassociatedwiththepursuit.
