Registered Nurse Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Perform circulating duties and document all aspects of cardiac catheterization procedures.
  
  
• 
  Recognize ECG rhythms accurately and respond to patient needs during interventions.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to strict on-call schedules, including weekend rotations, with clear communication of availability.
  
  
• 
  Comply with all licensing, certification, and hospital policy requirements prior to assignment.
  
  
• 
  Participate in orientation assessments, including ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate tests.
  
  
• 
  Maintain active certifications, licenses, and drug screens as mandated by the facility.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Possess a minimum of 18 months recent and permanent experience in a Cath Lab setting.
  
  
• 
  Hold a valid Ohio or compact nursing license in hand at the time of submission.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency in circulating and documenting during cardiac procedures.
  
  
• 
  Have current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
  
  
• 
  Showcase experience with Epic electronic medical records.
  
  
• 
  Provide a recent manager or supervisor reference from within the past 12 months.
