As a Shift Manager, your duties will include:
- Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures
- Enthusiastically greet all guests with a hearty \Welcome to Moe's\ when they enter the restaurant.
- Monitor inventory levels and deliver fresh delicious food
- Providing prompt, efficient, courteous service to all guests.
- Anticipate and identify guest complaints in a timely manner, inquiring about the quality of a guest's dining experience, thanking guests and inviting them to return.
- Taking register readings, handling cash in an accurate and responsible manner, making interim cash reports, and handling frequent cash drops.
- Create a fun and friendly work environment that rewards teamwork
- Maintaining guest checks in numerical orders.
- Perform other tasks as directed by management and at all times represent Moe's as a professional in every aspect of performance.
