PAY
Guaranteed Total Earnings: $20-$22/hour DOE
Base Pay: $16.90/hour
Tip makeup guarantees your total hourly earnings of $20-$22/hour
If tips don't bring you to your guaranteed hourly rate, Mini Kabob makes up the difference
Starting pay is based on experience and performance
High-performing team members may have opportunities for pay increases beyond this range based on performance, tenure, and overall contribution.

Thursday-Sunday
10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
Take customer orders and process payments accurately
Coordinate pickup, online, and delivery orders
Verify every order for accuracy before it leaves the restaurant.
Communicate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service
Keep the front counter clean, stocked, and organized
Assist with catering orders and other daily operations
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous restaurant customer service experience required
Experience with counter service, expediting, and taking customer orders
Friendly, professional, and guest-focused
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
