We are looking for a Finance Manager to join the CoreAI Revenye team supporting the GPU Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) business, partnering closely with Engineering, Product, Business Development, Sales, and Finance leaders. This role will drive business performance analysis, customer and pricing economics, and executive decision support as Microsoft continues to scale its AI platform. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and can translate data into actionable insights. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to influence decisions through financial modeling, strategic thinking, and cross-functional partnership.

Responsibilities

• Drive business performance analysis, forecasting, and financial rhythms for the GPU IaaS portfolio.
• Provide thought leadership and analytics to identify opportunities, improve business performance, and influence strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate pricing strategies, customer economics, commercial opportunities, and margin outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams to support growth initiatives and investment prioritization.
• Conduct scenario analysis and develop business cases for new offerings, and monetization strategies.
• Assess market trends, customer adoption patterns, and competitive dynamics to inform business strategy.
• Support executive reviews and recommendations through data-driven insights and financial storytelling.
• Identify and evaluate risks and opportunities impacting revenue growth, profitability, and long-term business performance.

Protect

• Ensures compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements by reviewing and monitoring accuracy of financial documents and business processes. Drives corrective measures. Consults with business partners on sharing financial information, approved instruments and processes, and consistency with corporate policies. Collaborates with Compliance groups to ensure team is current on company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.

• Excellent cross group collaboration skills including the ability to comfortably communicate with executive management at Microsoft.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple inputs across many stakeholders, prioritizing the effort on main drivers.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty in a business that evolves at a very fast pace.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinker.
• Ability to identify opportunities for the business to and build and nurture relationships across finance and business partners to drive results and insights.
• Show propensity for learning, and demonstrate ability to identify, analyze, interpret, and deliver sound solutions.
• Executive level oral and written communication skills - ability to communicate complex analysis and models in a simple way.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and the ability to synthesize insights from large datasets.

Financial Analysis IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $77,800 - $153,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $102,200 - $169,900 per year.
