We’re looking for a Pre-Litigation Attorney who treats every case like it’s trial-bound from day one. Someone who moves fast, pushes for results, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment where ownership matters. You’ll be expected to proactively move cases forward, identify and solve problems before they escape, and advocate aggressively for clients. The right person is naturally competitive and results-driven, comfortable pushing adjusters and opposing counsel, making judgment calls, and picking up the phone to get things done. Your performance will directly impact your compensation and advancement. This is not a role for someone who prefers a slow pace, minimal client interaction, or reactive case handling. We are not looking for a file maintainer; we’re looking for a case driver.
