Remote Float Therapist Eating Disorders Telehealth

Equip Behavioral Health seeks a Float Therapist for nationwide teletherapy coverage. The role requires cross-state licensure, 30 hours weekly, and 3–4 late evening shifts (PST) in a fully remote setup.

You will deliver evidence-based therapy, coordinate with a multidisciplinary care team, and document sessions accurately in our EMR while maintaining high patient outcomes across time zones.
