Physical Therapy Assistant

VitalCaring seeks a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to provide home-based care for home health and hospice patients. Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will deliver therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and home safety interventions that support recovery, comfort, and independence. You’ll travel to patient homes, document care in our EHR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
