FOR FULL TIME LEASING CONSULTANT *** As a Monarch Leasing Consultant, you are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. You love interacting with all types of people and have a passion for creating unique experiences. PAY: $14.00 to $16.00 /HR + Up to $100 commission per rental! (Based on past employees that’s 10k + more per year!) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 to 6 with Some Saturdays required 10 to 4! At Monarch, it's all about people. Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records. Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects. Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events. What You Need to Have 6 months' experience in multifamily or custom service field. Skilled problem solving. An unmatched dedication to customer service. The drive to learn and get better everyday. This role requires pre‑employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.
