Flynn Wendy’s is hiring for Shift Leaders who are motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish a team that works well together, increases profits, and provides outstanding service. If you have prior restaurant experience, you may qualify! Responsibilities Lead and mentor a shift-based team to deliver great-tasting food and friendly, efficient service. Establish a positive team environment, tackle problems, and seek help when appropriate. Mentor teammates and provide guidance to help improve performance and customer experience. Contribute to achieving store goals, including increased profitability and quality service. Qualifications Prior restaurant experience is preferred. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to work well with others and lead a team.
