Job Title: Assembler-2nd Shift Location: Laconia, NHJob Type: Full-Time, Direct HirePay Rate: $20-$25 an hour depending on shift and experiencePosition Summary:Adecco Staffing is working with a local manufacturing company in Laconia, NH who is looking for Assemblers for 2nd shift. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay, long-term stability, and career growth in a clean and safety-focused work environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform various assembly, cutting heating and related duties to prepare and apply lining material to fabricated parts.Read, reference, and interpret written and verbal instructions to assemble bearing products as directed, adhering to quality standards.Maintain established production levels through safe and efficient operations.Inspect & identify any irregularities as to fits, defective parts, finishes, work techniques and/or quality of workmanship, and report them to assigned leader.Diagnose and correct operating difficulties, and maintain required records.Keep work area clean and orderly, observing all safety rules and regulations, and conforming to OSHA regulations.Move materials, parts, and containers as required, to complete job duties.Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED requiredPrevious experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferredPhysical Requirements:Must wear clean room uniformAbility to sit or stand for extended periodsDexterity in handsMay require standing, walking, bending, reaching, grabbing, twisting, carrying, pushing, and pullingAbility to lift up to 40lbs.Interested?Please apply with an updated resume!Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
