Duties & Responsibilities: Acts as a liaison between the Director of Nursing and the nursing staff. Participate in the development and achievemnt of nursing department goals and objectives. Assist in the implementation of and monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and standards of practice consistent with corporate and external regulatory guidelines. Provide direct resident care as staffing patterns demand. These are just some of the Descriptions of your job. Full description will be given upon hire.
