We're hiring 1099 NPs to complete pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. Pre-populated forms, structured workflows, no treatment plans — just clean assessment work.

Compensation — earn more as you commit more:

• Base rate of $110 per completed assessment
• $60 daily stipend for each 8-hour day of availability you give
• $25 no show reimbursement

Position Details:

• Pre-scheduled visits with pre-populated patient forms
• 40 hours/month minimum commitment
• Visits span multiple counties in your assigned region — broader coverage means more visits and higher earning potential
• No nights or weekends required
• Short-term and long-term contracts available
• Travel assignments available — stipend for hotel, and rental car covered (eligibility-based)
• Malpractice insurance included

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted state NP license
• Board certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANP
• Reliable personal transportation
• Available for at least 40 hours/month
• Must have 1+ year of experience working as NP
