The Role Lead field operations across multiple building envelope restoration projects in the Nashville market Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and project execution from preconstruction through closeout Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards Coordinate closely with project management, estimating, and leadership teams Drive scheduling, sequencing, and problem-solving on complex exterior restoration scopes Maintain strong client relationships and represent the business on-site What We\'re Looking For Strong background in building envelope restoration or exterior construction Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects Technical expertise across one or more of the following:

• Waterproofing
• Masonry restoration
• Sealants / coatings
• General building envelope systems
