Clinical Manager

Clinical Manager is essential in providing support to our clinical staff and care center operations. Responsibilities Supervision Management Coordination Provision of quality home nursing care while demonstrating fiscal responsibility and maintaining the highest standards of care, ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Current and unencumbered state license to practice as a Registered Nurse. Current CPR certification. Ability to assess patient status and identify requirements relative to age-specific needs. Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Registered Nurse, including at least one year of full-time direct patient care in a home health setting. One year supervisory/management experience preferred. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Federal/State rules and regulations, ACHC standards, and other regulatory requirements. Strong fiscal planning and management skills. Screening Questions Does the candidate have current home health experience? Does the candidate have a minimum of 2 years of home health experience? Does the candidate have management experience? Does the candidate hold an AZ RN license? Ideal Candidate 2-5 years of previous home health experience, with at least 2 years in a Charge, Supervisor, or Clinical Manager role. Experience as a Director in small agencies will also be considered. Comfortable with EMR/Technology. Experience with larger agencies (census close to 250) and staff size of about 15-20 is preferred.
