IT Business Analyst Intern (Spring 2027) Description: Project Management Support for project planning, and coordination. Implementation of small business requests including request management, documentation, evaluating options, digitalization development, and operational support. Help identify, design, and implement internal process improvements (agile/lean). Creating presentations and communication documents using Corporate Identity standards Provide support for projects encompassing one or more areas. Implementation of small business requests mainly with digitalizaiton focus (AI, Microsoft Power Platform, Data Visualization) Perform tasks related to the agile transformation roadmap. Qualifications: Candidate should be pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or similarfield. Demonstrating strong written, and verbal communication skills. Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint). Open to learn Jira, Confluence, PowerBi. Analytical mind that is open to innovative ideas. Ideally with an IT background. Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major). Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States. Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application. Ability to complete 3 work terms for Co-op positions. Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week). Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
