Position Details
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 4–5 days/week
- Volume: 7–8 treatments per day + consults
- Patient Base: Strong referral network with steady case flow
- Support: Dedicated endodontic team trained for specialty workflows
- Payor Mix: PPO & Fee-for-Service

Compensation & Benefits
- $1,750 Daily Guarantee (first 3 months, 6+ hours) or % of collections — whichever is higher
- Strong % of Collections with high production upside

Ideal Candidate
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Completion of an Endodontic Residency
- Active or eligible Colorado dental license
- 1–2+ years of experience preferred (open to strong new grads)
- Comfortable with:
- Root canal therapy
- Retreatments
- Apicoectomies
- Diagnostics & consults
- Outgoing, relationship-driven provider who thrives in a referral-based model
