Field Support Technician

Job Description
Seeking a Field Support Technician to support construction management and corporate job sites throughout the DFW area. This individual will spend most of their time onsite providing technical support, troubleshooting user issues, documenting work performed, and supporting networking and infrastructure needs. This is a highly independent role where the technician manages their own schedule and travels between job sites.
Day-to-Day
Travel to job sites throughout the DFW area
Provide onsite Windows and desktop support
Support mobile devices and application troubleshooting
Troubleshoot basic networking issues
Document all work performed through ticketing systems
Upload notes, updates, and pictures from job sites
Communicate with internal teams and site personnel
Manage personal schedule and coordinate site visits
Maintain expense reports and mileage tracking

Skills and Requirements
Experience in a Field Support, Desktop Support, IT Support, or Field Technician role
Strong Windows troubleshooting experience
Experience supporting mobile devices
Experience working through support tickets
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Comfortable driving to multiple sites throughout the week
Networking troubleshooting experience
Experience supporting switches, firewalls, or network infrastructure
Palo Alto experience
